One-time setup
Connect ChatGPT to the roadmap
Three steps, done once. After this, your custom GPT can read the roadmap and update progress on its own, with nothing to re-enter.
Import the connection
In ChatGPT, open your custom GPT, choose Configure, then scroll to Actions and pick "Import from URL". Paste this link:
https://ep-organize.lovable.app/api/public/openapi.jsonIf you open that link in your browser and see a wall of technical text, that is normal. The page is written for ChatGPT to read, not for people.
Enter the password
Still in the Actions settings, open Authentication, choose API Key, set the type to Bearer, and paste the roadmap password you saved when we set this up.
ChatGPT saves it and sends it automatically on every update. You will not be asked for it again. Keep it out of chat messages and documents; it only belongs in that one settings field. If it is ever lost or shared by accident, ask in the project chat and we will swap it for a new one in a couple of minutes.
Verify it works
This checks that the roadmap connection is alive and answering, the same way ChatGPT will reach it.
Then, in your custom GPT, ask: "What is the current status of the roadmap?" If it answers with the real sections and progress, everything is connected. You can also ask it to mark a step done, then refresh the roadmap page to see the change.
